Greener Living Show
On March 11 the Manor School in Melksham opened its doors to a Greener Living show to promote all things environmentally friendly. The event was kicked off with a modern day take on the story of Noah performed by the children, underlining the importance of taking care of the planet to avoid the dangers of flooding. Following the play, stands were opened where groups and companies presented ideas for greener living.
The Partnership carried out a mini consultation to find out the priorities for greener living in the area and the results showed that the top three priorities were using the car less, improving cycle routes and introducing solar power.
Thanks to Abbi Guttiertez and Nigel Knowles from Tisbury CAP for their support with this event.
